George Polychroniou
President
George began his career as a refrigeration technician in Europe in 2000, developing hands-on expertise in both new construction and retrofit projects. After relocating to Canada in 2011, he worked on large-scale mechanical installations across British Columbia, gaining a deep understanding of the local industry and its evolving needs.
In 2015, driven by a passion for innovation and quality, George took the initiative to introduce the INNOVA product line to British Columbia—marking Clima Design Technologies’ first steps in North America. Known for his technical skill, dedication, and collaborative approach, George continues to lead the company in delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency.
Vasilis Karafotias
General Manager
Vasilis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and mechanical contracting across Europe and Canada. Since relocating to Vancouver with his family in 2012, he has provided strong leadership, management, and customer support in a wide range of projects. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to teamwork, Vasilis works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. His extensive knowledge of building mechanical systems supports his focus on high-quality, efficient solutions tailored to each project’s needs.
